Bobby Bourne Jr. is being held on kidnapping and murder charges in murder of 12-year-old Adriaunna Horton.

A judge James R. Bickel in a hearing at Stockton, 28th circuit Court has revoked the probation of Bobby Bourne Jr. 34, of Lockwood Missouri. Bourne is being held on kidnapping and murder charges in murder of 12-year-old Adriaunna Horton.
In April, a judge convicted Bourne to five years probation for the 2011 charge of second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and three counts of domestic assault against his current wife  In Cedar County.
A judge issued a warrant for Bourne saying he violated his probation the same day he was charged with kidnapping Adriaunna. He was later charged with first-degree murder, forcible rape, statutory rape and kidnapping.
Since he's been charged with a crime while on probation, that is now revoked.
Now that his probation has been revoked, Bourne will likely spend 15 years for those crimes. The next set court date for Mr. Bourne is set for Sept. 9.
