Total bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

The charges stem from an incident in July 2014 when St. Clair County deputies assisted with a call regarding a vehicle failing to yield to the Osceola Police Department. The vehicle was traveling northbound on Highway 13 in the southbound lanes.
