On 5/30/15 around 8:38 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 32 year Dustin N. Schell of Appleton City, Missouri.
Mr. Schell was arrested on 1.) Felony driving while intoxicated 2.) Failure to register a ATV.
He was released to the care of Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City to receive treatment for his injuries.

UPDATE: 2 vehicle accident in Adrian sends 4 to the hospital
On 5/30/15 around 8:30 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Bates County Sheriffs Office, Adrian Fire Department, Bates County EMS and The Adrian Police Department all responded to a 2 vehicle accident on 18 Highway right at I-49 in Adrian.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred as the 2011 Dodge Ram driven by Angela D. Fogle 40 years old from Peculiar, Missouri and the 2006 Dodge Ram driven by David H. Edwards of Polk, Arkansas both of the vehicles failed to stop at the stop sign and crashed into each other.
Four people where taken to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville all for minor injuries, The four people that was taken include 78 year old Connie M. Chevalier of Cleveland, Mo, 40 year old Angela D. Fogle of Peculiar, Mo, 13 year old Jackson E. Fogle of Peculiar Mo, 12 year old Javen E. Fogle of Peculiar, Mo
Both vehicles received extensive damage and 1 of them was towed from the scene by Adrian Tow.

UPDATE: Appleton City man seriously injured in ATV Accident
The Missouri State Highway Patrol along with The Bates County Sheriffs Office, Bates County EMS and Ellett Memorial Hospital EMS all responded to a ATV accident around 7:45 p.m. last night on County Road 14545 1 mile South of B Highway in rural Southern Bates County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened when the 2001 Yamaha Warrior ATV driven by 32 year old Dustin N. Schell of Appleton City, Mo was Southbound on CR 14545 when he traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturning causing the driver to be ejected.
Mr. Schell received serious injuries in this accident and he was taken by EMS to Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City.
The ATV received minor damage and was released to a friend for disposition.

The Adrian Fire Department along with The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Bates County EMS, Adrian Police Department is in route to a 2 vehicle accident on 18 Highway and I-49 in Adrian.

Cass County Missouri: Have you seen this stolen tractor?
Sometime between 11pm Wednesday May 27th to Friday evening this John Deere 430 tractor, John Deere 247 planter, and black tandem axle trailer were stolen from the former Heritage Tractor Building in Harrisonville, Missouri.
This tractor and planter was restored with my brothers and our Dad, Earl Knuth. Both are in great condition and were on a black tandem axle 18' foot hydraulic tilt trailer with steel dove tail. The trailer has now expired Nebraska Plate number 8X5109.
The trailer tilts with with a red hydraulic floor jack. The 247 planter is restored and has 2 seed boxes, 2 fertilizer boxes, both markers, steel wheels, and insecticide box.
The 430 tractor is utility version, restored, umbrella bracket, 3 point, PTO, flag holders, weather checked tires,
