David Eaton Jr.
The charges stem from an incident the previous day when deputies responded to a domestic assault in progress at a residence on South Tower Street, Lowry City. Eaton allegedly choked a female on the front porch of the residence.
Upon arrival of the deputies, Eaton took off running; he was apprehended a short time later lying underneath a truck parked in the area.
Several items were located under the truck where Eaton was hiding. Items include a plastic bag containing approximately 1.2 grams of a crystal substance which later field tested positive for methamphetamine, $180 cash, a current fishing license, debit card, insurance card, and two Missouri operator's licenses.

Rocky Willis
The charges stem from an incident on June 26 when a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Willis was a passenger in. Willis bailed from the vehicle and was ordered to stop. He refused and kept running. The driver and another passenger in the vehicle stated that Willis knew he had active felony warrants.
The warrant was served to Willis at the St. Clair County Jail where he has been in custody since July 10 on two St. Clair County warrants and one Dallas County warrant.
The St. Clair County warrants charge Willis with a probation violation on an original class C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and two class A misdemeanor counts of passing a bad check. Total bond on the St. Clair County warrant is $5,900 cash only.
The Dallas County warrant is a no bond warrant charging Willis with probation violation on an original class D felony of no valid license third or subsequent offense.
Two from Osceola arrested
Ruby Robinson
Robinson’s son, Delbert Gould, 31, Osceola, was also arrested at the same location on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felony charges, burglary-second degree, and theft/stealing. His bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Delbert Gould
During the investigation Robinson and Gould were identified utilizing surveillance photos taken from the property. In one photo Gould is wearing the stolen boots and walking with Robinson. Contact was made with Robinson at her residence and a propane bottle matching the description of one stolen was seized as evidence. While Robinson was being taken into custody a metal can containing a plastic bag with several pills and residue was located in her possession. The items were sent to the laboratory and the residue tested positive for methamphetamine and the pills tested positive for oxycodone.
The power washer was later located at a residence on NE 100 Road, Osceola, where Robinson was residing.
