On 8/6/16 around 1:53am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 21 year old Zakery R. Vannattan - Green of St. Joseph, Missouri.
He was arrested for 1.) Misdemeanor Butler Police Department Warrant - Stealing 2.) 3 Misdemeanor Adrian Police Department Warrants - Disturbing the peace and traffic.
Mr. Vannattan - Green was booked into the Bates County Jail and is currently listed as bondable.

Missouri with Pastor Ron Dunlap officiating.
Visitation 10 to 11 a.m.
prior to services. Interment in St. Ludger's Cemetery, Germantown,
Missouri. Contributions may be made to the Ballard School.

Lynn Vogel, age 56 of Montrose, Missouri died Friday, August 5, 2016 at
Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler, Missouri. She was born
October 20, 1959 to Joe and Sue Wille in Independence, Missouri.
Melissa
is survived by her husband, Roy Vogel of Montrose, Missouri; two sons,
Jeremy Swenson of Garden City, Missouri and Brian Swenson of
Independence, Missouri; a daughter, Amy Swenson of Independence,
Missouri; two stepsons, Bill Vogel and wife Sarah of Independence,
Missouri and Adam Vogel of Harrisonville, Missouri; one brother, Jon
Wille of Buckner, Missouri; an aunt, Fran Waldin of Kansas City, Kansas;
and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and
one brother, James "Jim" Wille.
On 8/5/16 around 8:06pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cedar County responded to a one vehicle motorcycle accident 5 miles East of Eldorado Springs, Missouri on U.S. 54 Highway.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Honda Motorcycle driven by 32 year old Nicholas T. Auten of Nevada, Missouri lost control and overturned ejecting the driver.
Mr. Auten sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri for treatment.
The bike received minor damages and was towed from the scene by Steward's Wrecker.

Mr. Smith was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated.

Al B. Bradshaw Jr., 79, Pleasant Hill, MO died Aug. 5, 2016 at his home.
Al retired as a Captain from the KC Fire Dept. He was a member of various Automotive and Motorcycle Clubs.
He is survived by his wife, Lyla Bradshaw of the home; son, Steve Bradshaw and wife Jill, Kansas City, Missouri; daughter, Joanne Bradshaw and husband, Jorge, Fayetteville, North Carolina; a brother, Lawrence Bradshaw, Lee's Summit, Missouri and his beloved cats.
Cremation. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.

On 8/5/16 around 11:05pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County responded to a one vehicle accident on Route BB around two miles South of Nevada.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Kia Forte driven by 25 year old Ashley L. Bousfield of Nevada, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway striking a tree.
Ashley L. Bousfield as well as a passenger in her vehicle 5 year old Rayden L. Bousfield of Nevada, Missouri both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both refused medical treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and and towed from the scene by Garwood's Wrecker of Nevada, Missouri.

The Adrian Fire Department along with mutual aide assistance from the Butler Fire Department is on scene of a residential fire located east of Adrian on 18 Highway to County Road 3003 then South 1 quarter of a mile.
When fire crews arrived on scene no fire was showing from the exterior of the house.
Crews did find some smoke in the residence around a stairwell and no one is believed to be home at this time.
Butler and Adrian Fire crews will remain on scene for a unknown period of time to investigate the cause of the fire.
