Nevada man arrested on probation violation

On 9/1/16 the Vernon County Sheriff's Office arrested 33 year old Jedediah Krull of Nevada, Missouri.

Mr. Krull was arrested for 1.) Probation Violation - Original charge Class D Felony 3rd Degree Assault which he plead guilty to on January 20,2016 and was sentenced to 3 years MDOC which was suspended pending 5 years supervised probation.

He was booked into the Vernon County Jail and currently must serve 4 days in jail before being released.

A Nevada man was booked at the Vernon County Jail for a probation violation.

33-year-old Jedediah Krull was booked Thursday for the probation violation. According to court docket information, Krull was originally charged in December of 2015 for a class D felony charge of third degree domestic assault, and he plead guilty on January 20. krull was sentenced to three years with the Missouri Department of Corrections, a sentenced that was suspended, pending five years probation. The probation violation was filed on August 26, and the warrant for Krull's arrest was issued on August 29, and executed Thursday by Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies.

The warrant states that Krull must serve four days, and then be released with no court date set.

St.Clair County warrant arrests

On Sept. 1, Cody McGraw, 31, Warrensburg, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on four class C felony counts of passing a bad check-$500 or more. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charges stem from incidents in November 2013


On August 31, Willie Jarman Jr., 49, Kansas City, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Clay County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of non support. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only. The arrest came after a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle he was a passenger in at the junction of Highway V and Old Highway 13.            
On Aug. 30, Austin Turner, 21, Springfield, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony resisting arrest by fleeing and a misdemeanor charge of driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on July 16 when deputies were dispatched to assist Osceola Police Department with stopping two motorcycles traveling at a high rate of speed and failing to yield. The motorcycles were originally traveling northbound on Highway 13. When they reached Lowry City they turned around and started traveling southbound on Highway 13. Several deputies joined in the attempt to stop the vehicles. While passing Highway 82 speeds reached approximately 135 miles per hour. The motorcycles continued south on Highway 13 into Polk County. As they approached Highway 32, Bolivar, one motorcycle pulled over and stopped. The driver, Eric Woods, 21, Springfield, was taken into custody and charged with class D felony resisting arrest by fleeing. Turner continued on and eluded law enforcement. He was not apprehended. During the investigation it was discovered Turner’s driver’s license is revoked.


Warrant Arrests Issued In St. Clair County

On Aug. 31, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Erika Bootier, 24, Collins, for probation violation on four original counts of class C felony forgery. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charges stem from incidents in December 2014 when Bootier cashed four checks that were stolen from an individual.                   
On Aug. 30, a St. Clair County warrant was issued for Megan Shields, 28, Blue Springs, charging her with probation violation on an original class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

Rufus was born October 31, 1986 in Clinton, MO, the son of Samuel and Rebecca (Bower) Dulaban. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Rufus was preceded in death by his Grandmother Helen Bower, his Uncle Jack Manes, and his best friend Joey.

Among survivors are his mother and father, Rebecca and Samuel Dulaban, his grandfather, Rufus Bower, his grandmother, Dorothy Albin, two sisters; Jessica Helena Dulaban and Mike King and children Ashlynn, Ian, and Owen King of Clinton, MO and Samantha Robin Dulaban and children (Mike) Nikotah and Virgil Dulaban of Springfield, MO, cousins; Thomas, Jeremy, Anita, DeAnna, Alicia (Aly), Cody, Kaylee, ReaAnn, and Randy, his aunts; Angela Barnett, Deanna Miller, Shirley Manes, and Darlene, and his uncles; Thomas Bower, Mark Bower, Willie Albin, Woody Albin, and Jackie Albin, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Rufus had a lot of family and friends that loved him and that he loved. Thank you to Rob Peterson who was there when RIP needed someone and who took him fishing when ever.

Search for boy with autism triggers investigation, arrest of Linn County parents

LINN COUNTY, Kan. - A Linn County mother and father now sit behind bars almost two weeks after their 12-year-old son with autism went missing. He was later found inside the home.

The Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested Suzanne and Chris Seagren Tuesday, charging the couple with aggravated child endangerment.

Memorial Held for Infant Body Found in Lamar

LAMAR, MISSOURI - A memorial service was held last night for the infant baby girl who was found in a farm pond near Lamar in July. 

According to the Barton County coroner, it was that of a 34-week old stillborn baby. The community has come together in light of the tragedy.

They still don't know where she came from or who she belongs to, but the Barton County community comes together to remember the 4 pound 4 ounce stillborn baby, even naming her “Baby Belle.”
