Montrose man arrested in Polk County

On 9/14/16 around 4:39pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Polk County arrested 44 year old Robert L. Robinson of Montrose, Missouri.

Mr. Robinson was arrested for 1.) Felony Forgery 2.) Felony Greene County Sheriff's Office Warrant- Drugs 3.) Two Misdemeanor Osceola Police Department Traffic Warrants 4.) No Insurance 5.) No Valid Drivers License 6.) Excessive Window Tint.

He was booked into the Polk County Jail and is currently listed as bondable.

Missing dog from rural NE Butler off H Highway his name is Buddy he is half lab and Brittany mix.

He was last seen yesterday afternoon.

Amsterdam man arrested on Class C Felony


Lance William Utech
On 09-13-2016 a Bates County Deputy observed a tan colored Tahoe driving towards Y highway in the area of CR 10002. The Bates County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. 

The Deputy had prior knowledge that the driver of the vehicle, Lance William Utech DOB 06-27-1980 of Amsterdam driver’s license was revoked. 

Lance William Utech was arrested and transported to the Bates County corrections facility. 

Once at the Bates County corrections facility it was discovered that Mr. Utech had on his person a small bag of methamphetamine.

An arrested warrant was filed on Lance Utech for:  Possession of a controlled substance a class C Felony  Bond was set at $ 10,000.00 cash or Surety.

Obituary - Jimmy Gordon Haskins

Jimmy Gordon Haskins, 83, Lake Annette, Missouri died Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in Belton, Missouri at Belton Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday September 16 at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora, Missouri.
