Strong Christmas Day Storm System
The bigger story however will be a strong storm system that will impact the Central U.S. on Christmas Day. Models in very good agreement that this system will being light to moderate rains to the area Christmas afternoon and evening, with an isolated non-severe storm or two also possible.
For those who may be heading north, be mindful of the heavy snow potential from western Nebraska north through the Dakotas.
