Probation and Parole issues arrest warrants for absconders

On April 10, Missouri Department of Corrections Board of Probation and Parole issued arrest warrants for five individuals wanted for absconding supervision. 

St. Clair County Sheriff Scott Keeler urges those with any information pertaining to these wanted persons to contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line, 417-646-5832, or email to tips@scsomo.org.

Kayne Gonzales, 21, Lowry City, Mo is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony domestic assault-second degree and assault-first degree.

Roni Scott, 32, El Dorado Springs, is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony possession of a controlled substance and voluntary manslaughter.

Jessica Thomas, 24, Osceola, is wanted for absconding supervision on an original offense of felony possession of a controlled substance.

Pamela Williams, 27, Osceola, is wanted for absconding supervision on an original offense of felony receiving stolen property.

Courtney Hopkins, 32, Appleton City, Mo is wanted for absconding supervision on original offenses of felony forgery, burglary-second degree and receiving stolen property.

Update: Butler man arrested after fleeing traffic stop on foot

On 04/07/2017 Butler Officers stopped 35-year-old Shannon Brooks for speeding at the Corner of Delaware and Ft Scott streets. After contacting Brooks, the driver, they asked him to perform standard field sobriety tests. 

During the test Brooks attempted to flee on foot and after officers deployed the taser, Brooks continued to resist arrest. Pepper spray was then used to gain compliance from Brooks.

Mr. Brooks was transported to the Bates County Jail where Officers cited him for driving while revoked, open container, driving while intoxicated, and resisting arrest.
