Medicalodges Butler kicked off the 4th of July holiday with a reading of the Declaration of Independence by Phil Stump.
Then we went outside to raise a new flag that was donated to our facility by the Boy Scouts. From our home to yours, we wish you a Happy and Safe 4th of July!

Obituary - Judy Moreland
Judy Moreland, 77 of Butler, Missouri passed away July 1, 2018 at Butler Center in Butler. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Mullinax Funeral Home, Butler (660-679-0009).
A visitation will be held prior to the service on Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow services in Greenlawn Cemetery, Rich Hill, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.mullinaxfuneralhome.com.
Judy Darlene Moreland was born February 5, 1941 in Butler, Missouri to Charles and Josephine Jones. She attend school in Butler. Judy was united in marriage to Jack Lord, to this union five children were born. She later married R.W. Moreland in 1976 and two children were born to this union. Judy worked for many years at Mediclodge of Butler.
Judy was a person full of life and enjoyed many things including, dancing, singing, gardening, and playing cards. She always enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren, spoiling them with cookies.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband R.W. Moreland, two infant siblings, sister Peggy Styron, and by one step-son Peck Moreland.
She is survived by seven children, Berry Lord (Brenda), Dunnegan, MO., Tina Lord of Adrian, MO., Cheryl Hoover (Mike) of Kingsville, MO., Jackie Lord (Shannon) of Butler, MO., Scott Lord (Angie) of Kingsville, MO., Dallas Moreland of Butler, MO., Tuey Jo Croston (Robert) of Butler, MO., three step-daughters and their families. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two brothers, Gene Jones (Viola) of Butler, MO., and Larry Jones of Neveda, MO., sisters Carolyn Ralston (Rick) of Sibly, MO., and Kay Jones of Nevada, MO.
Judy will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Obituary - Wanda Marie "Holt" Day
Wanda Marie "Holt" Day, age 71, of Windsor, MO, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Windsor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor, MO.
Wanda was born May 8, 1947 to Wesley M. Holt and Mildred Opal “Huff” Holt of Warrensburg, MO. After school she married Melvin Day and together, they made their home in the Calhoun area.
She worked as a dietician in the kitchen for Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg. Later, both Melvin and Wanda moved to the Windsor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor, MO.
She was a member of the Calhoun Baptist Church, Calhoun, MO.
Survivors include nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; her brother, Marion Wesley Holt; and a nephew, Raymond Rogers, III.
The family will receive friends at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Calhoun Cemetery and a Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 AM.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the “Wanda Day Memorial Fund” and left in care of Consalus Funeral Home, 209 S. 2nd, Clinton, MO 64735.
