On 7/3/18 around 2:04pm the Butler Police Department arrested 38 year old Ramsey H. Foster of Butler, Missouri.
She was arrested for 1.)Felony Benton County Sheriff's Office Warrant - Stealing $750-Or More.
Ramsey H. Foster was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and placed on a $10,000 cash/surety bond.

Stockton man arrested on kidnapping and rape charges
A man from Stockton, Missouri is accused of kidnapping and raping a woman from Springfield.
Michael Hewitt, 38, faces two rape charges, a kidnapping charge and a charge of armed criminal action.
The victim told Cedar County investigators she needed a ride. Investigators then claim Hewitt then raped the woman at the old Masters Campground in Fair Play, Missouri.

The next day, the woman says she was taken to a barn at Hewitt's home, tied up and raped again.

Obituary - Dianna Dougherty Hartley
Dianna Dougherty Hartley, 70, was carried to her heavenly home on the wings of angels on June 27, 2018 at her 2nd home in Kissimmee, FL in the presence of her family.
Dianna was born December 3, 1947 in Nevada, MO to Lester and Zepha (Smith) Dougherty. She is survived by her devoted husband, Joe Hartley of Nevada, MO; her children, Jennifer Hartley, and Justin Hartley, Kissimmee, FL; two sisters, Sue Shellhorn and her husband, Bob, Grain Valley, MO and Lou Henry and her husband Jerry, Georgetown, TX; four nephews, five great-nephews, and six great-nieces, who cherished their time with their great aunt.
Dianna was a 1965 graduate of Nevada High School and in her senior year of high school she began working at the Nevada Daily Mail where she continued to work for the next three years. She married Joe Hartley on October 4, 1969 and the couple moved to Clinton, MO where she worked at Rival Manufacturing. The couple returned to Nevada in 1974 where Dianna worked for the Missouri Division of Family Services, retiring in 2000. In 2001 Dianna began working part time at the Taney County DFS office in Branson, MO.
Dianna was active member of the Disciples of Christ Christian Church in Nevada and loved assisting with Bushwhacker Days, garage sales and special events. Her retirement enjoyment included spending time with her family, traveling, working in her greenhouse with plants and flowers, and attending events with family or friends in Branson.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada, MO with Rev. Tisha Mundy officiating. Interment will follow in Newton Burial Park. Visitation with the family will be at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Disciples of Christ Church in Nevada in c/o Ferry Funeral Home.

Nevada Police are attempting to locate Justin C Nolan
Mr. Nolan ran from law enforcement officers yesterday around 4 pm in the 1600 block of N. Main St. during a search warrant at his residence. Nolan is 5'6 and weighs 130 lbs.
He has dark long hair. He currently has a felony warrant for his arrest out of Vernon County.
