Danny Eugene DeTienne 58, of Nevada, Missouri passed away Thursday September 13th.

Butler man arrested on fraudulent use of a credit card
On 9/12/18 around 10:53am the Bates County Sheriff's Office arrested 27 year old Codey R. Henderson of Butler, Missouri.
Mr. Henderson was arrested for 1.)Fraudulent use of a credit card (Value more then $500).
Codey R. Henderson was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and placed on a $5,000 cash only bond.

Harrisonville man injured in Cass County Crash
On 9/15/18 around 8:25pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Missouri 7 Highway just south of Route P (South Junction) in rural Cass County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1997 Honda Civic driven by 25 year old Brandon Herrell of Harrisonville, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a mailbox and a post before coming to rest off the right side of the roadway.
Mr. Herrell sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
The Honda recieved extensive damages and it was towed from the scene by Stever's Tow.

Mr. Niebur was arrested for 1.)Felony Probation/Parole Warrant 2.)Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine 3.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 4.) No valid Drivers License.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and currently is being held on no bond.
