(Wheatland,MO) The Big O Tires Auto Street Stocks will run their 10-lap qualifying heats for Saturday night's 50-Lap, $10,000 to win main event plus position dashes to set the first eight rows in Saturday's main event. The WARSAW Auto, Marine & RV ULMA Late Models will also be in action on Friday night running a complete show with $1,000 going to the winner. 

Gates open at 4:00, Hot Laps at 6:30, and racing at 7:05.

The annual Adrian Blackhawks Pink Out event is October 4 as Adrian hosts Cass Midway Lady Vikings in volleyball action.

The Butler Police Department and the Bates county Health Department will be taking part in the Nationwide drug Take Back Program on October 27 2018. Any old expired or unused prescription or over the counter medication can be turned in.

Comments:
Tough, hard fought game tonight. It was a classic Adrian/Archie game. We knew it would be a slobberknocker. Just really good defense by both teams. We made way too many mistakes with fumbles and penalties. We have to correct that this week. We needed a game like that. 

We needed to face adversity. It was a good win. Yes, we need to work on a lot of things, but to have so many things go wrong and still pull out the win shows character. We can't panic in those kind of situations. We just need to keep playing. It doesn't get any easier this week. 

What a huge game - Adrian/Midway. It doesn't get much better than that. What an opportunity for us to get better. It's a home game so we need a huge crowd that makes a lot of noise. That will make a difference. We will get their best game. We just need to be ready for it.
