Laurice V. Adams age 97 of Harrisonville, Missouri departed this life Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Golden Years Care Services, Harrisonville, Missouri surrounded with family and love.
Laurice is survived by her daughter, Joan E. Meador and her husband Dan of Freeman, Missouri; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 2, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oak Ridge Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 18301 Salisbury Road, Independence, Missouri 64056.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Richard “Yogi” Dean Wimsatt, 67, Adrian, MO, died Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Kansas City, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian with visitation from 12:30-2:00. Cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Adrian Volunteer Fire Department.

Barton County Sheriff Mitchell Shaw is asking for the help of the community. The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a missing man from our area. On October 24th a family member of Michael B. Rapue, age 29 made a report that he has not been seen or heard from for several days. We have attached a couple photographs of Mr. Rapue just in case anybody should happen to locate or see him.
