Obituary - Max Lee Robey

The family welcomes all to share in a celebration of life at the Altona Community Hall east of Adrian, Missouri on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation or the Rocking Horse Ranch Therapeutic Riding Program (1721 Blue Banks Farm Road, Greenville, NC 27834). Max Lee Robey, age 84 of Adrian, Missouri departed this life the evening of Friday, May 10, 2019 after spending his final days with friends and family, remembering good times and having a few laughs. He was born January 21, 1935 to David Francis and Elta May Coates Robey in Altona, Missouri.

Max one of three boys and five girls, spent a few of his younger years in Nebraska. He then spent his life farming and raising his family on the same parcel of land just east of Adrian, Missouri.

Max was a well-loved and generous man. He loved to visit about the old days, but loved nothing more than spending time with his family and listening about the lives and accomplishments of his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Max is survived by his wife, Maryann Robey; children, Kathy (Terry) Jackson, Susan (Shawn) Rider, Jon (Christie) Nuckolls, Ben Robey and Betsy (Nate) Ridenhour; twelve grandchildren, Courtney (Brandon), Molly, Cassie, Max, Kate, Chloe, Jack, Luke William, Maggie, Lucy, and Charley; two great-grandchildren, Beau and Blair; siblings, Lila Gunn, Pat Cumpton, Betty (Larry) Flatt, Margaret (Hervil) Satterfield, Dolly Robey and RaGene Robey; and dozens of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Bob Robey; two brothers-in-law; and one sister-in-law.

Obituary - Arnie "Coach" Drendel

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25th, 2019 at the Clinton United Methodist Church. 

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. 

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Valley City State University Men’s Basketball Scholarship, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.

Don Snodgrass, 82 of Butler, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the Kansas City Hospice house in Kansas City, Missouri. 

A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mullinax Funeral Home, Butler (660-679-0009). 

Private family graveside services will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri.
