Obituary - Brandon Wayne Guilfoyle-Pace
Brandon Wayne Guilfoyle-Pace age 22 of Greeley, KS died June 15, 2019.

Brandon was born November 29, 1996 in Olathe, KS. He is the only child born to Rodney James Pace and Anita Marie Guilfoyle. He grew up in Osawatomie where he attended school. Graduating with the Osawatomie High School Class of 2015.
After graduation, Brandon went into the workforce. He worked at the Osawatomie State Hospital, Arby’s, Walmart and Fedex. Then he started working for Lakemary Center in Paola. Brandon loved working with the kids at Lakemary and would refer to them as “his kids”.
Brandon loved sports. Since a child he tried every sport that was offered. In high school, he ran cross country, played basketball and played baseball. Then recently he played flag football with this friends. Brandon enjoyed watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals but the KU Jayhawks were his favorite.
Along with sports, Brandon was very involved with Boy Scouts. He earned his way to being an Eagle Scout. He worked as a staff member at H-Roe Bartle Scout Reservation in the Pearce & Arrow camp for 3 years. He enjoyed fishing. Brandon is known for always trying to make people smile and laugh.
Brandon was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Jim Pace, maternal grandparents Carl & Christine Guilfoyle, Uncle Carl Wayne Guilfoyle and Brother Nickolas Brey.
Survivors include parents Rodney (Vicky) Pace of Gardner, KS and Anita Guilfoyle Pace of the home, sisters Ashley Heartsill of Lenexa, KS, Destiny Pace and Dana Pace both of Gardner, KS. Uncles Martin Guilfoyle of Greeley, KS, Jason Guilfoyle of Osawatomie, KS, Ron Pace of Columbia, MO, Steve Pace of Columbia, MO, Barin Menaugh of Salisbury, MO, Bandon Pace of Springfield, MO, and Jimmy Pace of Oklahoma City, MO, Aunts Judith Maloney of Blue Springs, MO, Brenda Harwig of Overland Park, KS, Jan Adams of California, and Christina Ralls of Oklahoma City, OK. Great Aunts Ora Belle Guilfoyle of Fort Scott, KS and Kay Clark of Troy, KS. Along with 25 cousins, other family and many friends.
Pallbearers include RJ Pace, Dylan Pace, Gregory Guilfoyle, Daniel Dees, James Carter-Douglass, Jacob Unruh, Jasten Bechtel and Zach Guilfoyle. Honorary Pallbearers include Mariah Guilfoyle, Malcolm Guilfoyle, Josh Unruh and Dominick Nichols.

Jocelyn was born March 24, 2002 in Shawnee Mission, KS. She was the 2nd of three born to Nicholas Alexander Razo and Crystal Kay Cook. She grew up in Osawatomie where she attended school.
Jocelyn was known for her spunk. She had a bubbly personality and always made people laugh. But she was sassy, sarcastic and spoke her mind. Jocelyn loved making videos, listening to music, being crafty and tie dyeing everything. She loved being with her friends. Jocelyn was a Netflix junkie.
She was preceded in death by her Nana Cindy K. Cook.
Survivors include her parents Nichols Razo and Crystal Cook, step-mom Jamie Bird, brothers Riley and Korbin Razo, sisters Aubrinnah and MaKayla Razo, and step sister Gerzi Bird, Papa Charles D. Road Closure in Bates County
The Bates County Commissioners Office, Public Announcement: County road SE 7305 will be closed starting Monday June 24th for a period of up to 75 days for bridge replacement.
Bridge location is just north of SE7366 and SE7305 intersection. This project is funded by BRO monies provide by Mo State fuel tax. This bridge is 100% covered and no direct County monies are being used.

Update: Two vehicle accident in Rich Hill
On 6/20/19 around 6:40pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Bates County EMS responded to a two vehicle accident near Pete's Gas Station in Rich Hill.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2015 Dodge Dart driven by 25 year old Sebastian M. Gardner of Rich Hill, Missouri attempted to turn left into the path of the 2012 Chrysler 200 driven by 48 year old Colleen F. Keller of Rich Hill, Missouri.
Colleen F. Keller sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler for treatment.
Both vehicles were damaged and the Chrysler was towed from the scene by Gilkey's Tow of Rich Hill.
