Update: City of Rich Hill still without Natural Gas

The Bates County Sheriffs Office is assisting Liberty Utilities in reference to natural gas line that was hit cutting off gas to the City of Rich Hill.

We are advised that there will be members of the gas company shutting meters off at each house. This is needed for safety reasons.

When the line is repaired they will again need to come back and turn the meters back on. This could be after midnight tonight.

Mid America Live News will update when more information is made available to us.
