News from the Butler R-5 School District

The Butler R-V School District, like all districts across the state and nation, has weighed many options to appropriately honor our 2020 graduating seniors.

In an effort to include ALL seniors, we will move forward with conducting a graduation ceremony on the originally scheduled date of May 17 at 2:00 p.m. in the Butler High School Gym.

While we recognize this may limit the number of participants to view the graduation, we are pleased that every graduate who has earned this honor will have the opportunity to attend.

We are working closely with our local health department to finalize plans, which will be made available as soon as possible.
