Jason Dale McCrackin, age 41, of Belton, Missouri passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083.

During the visitation, a celebration of Jason’s life will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a few close friends sharing memories.

Sherry Jane Colin, age 67 of Rich Hill, Missouri died Friday, July 31, 2020 at her home. She was born January 11, 1953 to Erman Thomas and Wilma Lena Matney Ince in Seymour, Missouri. She was one of 13 children of which there were three sets of twins.

Sherry Jane is survived by her husband, Richard Colin of Rich Hill, Missouri; two sons, Joe Colin and wife, Patty of Nevada, Missouri and Travis Colin and wife, Melinda of Urbana, Missouri; one daughter, Jessica Colin of Harrisonville, Missouri; four brothers, Thomas Ince of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Bill Ince and wife Vicki of Rich Hill, Missouri, David Ince of Seymour, Missouri and Gerald Ince and wife Lisa of Cedargap, Missouri; two sisters, Sue Russell and husband Danny and Lena Merritt and husband Bobby all of Seymour, Missouri; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 23 nephews and nieces; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Randal, Larry and Ray Ince; three sisters, Emma Ince, Katherine Ince and Mary Carter; and her in-laws, Francis Lee and Virginia Ellen Colin.

At the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel, we practice social distancing, recommend face masks and discourage hugs and hand shaking. Missing woman from Belton

Date Missing: July 24, 2020 (Corrected.)
Breanna Gregg is a 21-year-old mother of a 4-month-old baby who is missing from Belton, Missouri. The baby is safe with family. Her family fears that foul play has taken place.
Breanna is 5’3”, weighing 130-150 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes

Two seriously injured in Vernon County rollover accident

On 7/31/20 around 2:30pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Route B around 5 miles east of Sheldon, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway says the accident occurred when the 1995 Chevrolet truck driven by 28 year old Jacob C. Maley of Stockton,Missouri traveled off the roadway and overturned.

Mr. Maley along with a passenger in his vehicle 33 year old Samantha G. Taylor of Stockton, Missouri both sustained serious
 injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of this accident by Garwood's Wrecker Service.

Norma Lee Fritts, age 86 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler. She was born January 9, 1934 to Robert Lee and Ortha Charlotte Brooks Lacy in Merwin, Missouri.

Norma is survived by five sons, Robert Perrymann and wife Gail of Urich, Missouri, Trent Fritts of Kansas City, Missouri, Terry Perryman and wife Dee of Adrian, Missouri, Garry Perrymann of Drexel, Missouri and Robert Fritts and wife Laura of Fair Grove, Missouri; a daughter, Stacey Kimberling and husband Paul of West Plains, Missouri; 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leroy “Herb” Fritts; one son, Vincent Lee Risner; and a daughter, Linda.
