Just to set the record straight...

As race season approaches, I feel the need to put a stop to a ridiculous rumor that is spreading around about Nevada Speedway. There's a rumor going around that if drivers support a said track on Friday nights, that they're not wanted/welcome to come race with us on Saturdays.

That is completely NOT TRUE and honestly my family and I want ALL local tracks to succeed! We may not race all of the same classes or have the same exact rules as the local Friday night tracks in the area, but we'd NEVER say you can't come race with us because you support a local Friday night track. - Courtesy of Nevada Speedway Facebook Page

Several grass fires today

Several fire personnel from multiple agencies were busy today battling several grass fires throughout the area!

With the weather getting warmer and nicer we must remember to burn with caution and be responsible.

If your having a controlled burn we would advise you to contact your local fire department and tell them before you start burning.
