Kansas man arrested on warrants in Bates County
On May 8th around 6:48 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 31 year old Curtis P. Kimbrough of Independence, Kansas.
He was arrested for 1.) Felony Jackson County Sheriff's Office Warrant- Failure to appear (Original charge Possession of a controlled substance) 2.) Misdemeanor Jackson County Sheriff's Office Warrant - Failure to appear (Original charge traffic violations) 3.) No valid registration.
Curtis P. Kimbrough was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he is currently listed as bondable.

Pleasant Hill woman arrested in Bates County
On May 8th around 1:17 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 53 year old Terri L. Rowland of Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
She was arrested form 1.) Driving While Intoxicated.
Terri L. Rowland was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and she was later released.

Obituary - Jerry W. Davis
Jerry W. Davis, age 78, of Adrian Missouri passed away Friday May 6th, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Structure fire in Cass County
On May 8th the Adrian Fire Department assisted the Central Cass Fire Department on a structure fire at an address of 17006 355th Street between Sliffle and McCoy Road in rural Cass County.
