Obituary - Tommy Keith Spurgeon

Tommy Keith Spurgeon was born on January 15, 1938 to William and Laura (Clark) Spurgeon in Deepwater, Missouri. He passed away on January 31, 2023 at St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Tom attended school at Park Grove, before moving to Kansas City to find work. Tom married Patricia Ann on November 29, 1959. He would go to work for Ford Motor Company in 1961 and become a lifelong member of UAW Local 249, retiring in 1991. After moving back to Lowry City he worked for the city and enjoyed the local people. He lived in many places throughout his life but Deepwater and Lowry City were always home.

In that same area is where many of his life long friends were made and still reside. After his wife Pat had a stroke, he would devote his time to her welfare and keeping up the home.

Josie dominated her way through her matches. She pinned all her opponents in less than 50 seconds.

Airyanna stepped up the pace today! She won her first match by pin. She almost got the win in her second match, but she lost 4-3. Her last match she fought hard, but couldn’t get the win.
