Hello Butler Community,

I'm writing about the building at 4 W Ohio St in Butler.

The State of Missouri has been leasing this building for 15 years, there is no indication of that changing. There is some additional space for lease in the building. My client is looking to lease the remaining space and/or sell the building.

Do you know of any businesses or investors who may be interested? It is a great investment opportunity. Please do let me know if you think of anyone who my be interested. Feel free to pass along this message to anyone.

Thank you
