BCMH: Operation Sock-It-To-Me a huge success

What's better than a pile of colorful, fuzzy socks? Knowing they will warm the feet of school children in Bates County who need them. Thanks to our Auxiliary's Operation Sock-It-To-Me sock drive, and to everyone who donated to it, this sweet pile of socks will be headed to our county schools soon.

Lora Padley (pictured right) took the lead this year and deserves a special shout out, along with other volunteers who helped, such as Dee Hall (left) and Pat Friederich (middle), pictured here just before they tackled this mountain of goodness. Thank you for donating!!

WHAT would we do without these wonderful people who volunteer for our hospital and community? Wouldn't you like to join their ranks? They're pretty special.

Call 660-200-7044 for more information about volunteering and to schedule a "ride along" to see if volunteering at BCMH is a good fit for you.
