Obituary - Michael Timothy Herrington
Michael Timothy Herrington, 62, of Montrose, Missouri passed from this life at his home on May 29, 2024. Michael was born August 11, 1961 in Butte, Montana.
Donna Marie (Wright) Herrington, Michael’s wife of 36 years, traveled with him as he worked for several mining companies throughout his life. He mainly drove a dump truck and belly dump truck, but also operated other heavy equipment at his construction jobs. Michael and Donna settled in Montrose and called it home, about five years ago. He enjoyed riding his Kawasaki motorcycle, but in his heart he was always a “Harley Man”. Michael loved his family very much, always wishing he could spend more time with his two daughters and siblings, but traveling for his work prohibited that much of the time.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Donna; his two daughters, Melissa Gray and Shana Kuykendall; and his two siblings, Daniel James Herrington and Debbie Shenefeldt.; and his two cherished friends, Tom Dickinson and Ralph Whitney. Michael will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Michael's wishes were to be cremated and return his ashes to Montana. His family will respect those wishes and have a memorial celebration of life at a later date.
