Rich Hill Pie Auction always a great success

PIE AUCTION RESULTS … Thank you again to all who baked pies for the 2024 Pie Contest. A total of 59 pies were sold (including 4 donated and not in the judging).

Thanks also to our bidders and buyers who ALWAYS step up to support this auction and allow the 4th of July committee to put on an annual celebration that’s second to none! This year the average pie sold for over $450 each!

Following the pies, we sold a quilt for $1,000 which was donated by Carol Farley and benefitted the Rich Hill Fire Department, an original Tom Altenburg painting for $1,000 that benefitted Ready, Set, Grow, and a Crown Royal quilt donated by Swope’s Drive-In for $500 and benefitting the 4th of July event.

I want to personally say how much I appreciate, and thank, each participant in this very important annual FUNdraising effort!
