Butler Rotary Cub News:

As we age, we experience cognitive decline which is the natural aging process. Psychologist , Dr. Mike Gardner of Adrian, MO, gave a clinic presentation to Rotary Club of Butler members.

Talking to ourselves, out loud best, seems to slow attention deficit. Retrieving our wealth of information is hard and we tend to get distracted he called it "tangents.".

Mike commanded our attention. No side bar conversation, checking phones or if you are old enough to understand clicking ink pens In retirement he raises tomatoes and is the supplier for Daniel Horner's Wine Journal. He has over 40 varieties. I baked him oatmeal cookies for his thank you gift. Thanks again Mike.
