Butler Chamber Yard of the Month for October

It is time! Here is the Yard of the Month for October! This gorgeous yard belongs to Scott and Melissa Lutman!

Melissa tells the Chamber, "I purchased this house and the lot beside it in the summer of 2002. Updates have been made inside and outside throughout the years including adding the pool with the deck around it. In 2020, we had the new concrete driveway and patio poured. Scott and I decided to get married in the driveway that summer.

We tore out the old landscaping that had started to deteriorate and replaced it with the stones and added plants, bushes, and a waterfall. We have also purchased the other two lots south of ours so we now own to the golf course and love it."
