Obituary - Tracy Neill
Tracy Neill, 62 of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Cremation, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date.

Tracy “Grumpy” Alan Neill was born March 9, 1962 in Independence, Missouri to Charles Neill and Donna Pine.
He attended Lee’s Summit High School, and married Tana Scharff on December 28, 1987.
Tracy never knew a stranger; he would chat and joke with anyone who had the time. He was also fondly known for giving nicknames.
Tracy was preceeded in death by his parents, Charles Neill and Donna (Pine) Boyer, and his sister Charlee Jones.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Tana Neill, children; Sabrina Powell of Lee’s Summit, MO, Randy Whyde (Christen) of Drexel, MO, Michael Jones (Nicole) of Independence, MO, thirteen grandchildren; Noah, Sapphire, Shelby, Marissa, Hayden, Trysten, Brooklyn, Gracie, Madden, Treighton, Landen, Maverick and Logen, and three great-grandchildren; Matthew, Alexandria and Ezra.

Archie man killed in Sunday morning rollover accident near Butler
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle Bates County rollover accident resulting in the death of a Archie man.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the rollover accident occurred around 9:08 a.m. Sunday, December 15th at the 134.6 mile marker on I-49 as a northbound 2013 Honda Pilot, driven by a 44-year-old man of Archie, traveled off the roadway and struck a storm drain in the median, causing the vehicle to overturn and ejecting the driver.
Following the accident, the driver was pronounced deceased by the Bates County Coroner and transported to Mullinax Funeral Home in Butler. The driver was wearing a safety device at the time of the accident.
Due to a recent policy of the Missouri Highway Patrol, the name of the driver was not released.

Obituary - Mary Margaret Stewart
Mary Margaret Stewart, 82, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City, Mo. She was born May 26, 1942 in Parsons, Kansas the daughter of William Jennings Bryan Paynter and Mary (Riley) Paynter.
She married William Francis “Bill” Stewart on December 12, 1959 in Kansas City, Mo. He preceded her in death on February 6, 2019.
She and Bill co-owned and operated the Stewart Trash Service for many years. Mary was a member of the First Baptist Church, Clinton; and T.O.P.S. She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking and baking, canning the fruits and vegetables they grew from their garden, but most of all she enjoyed being with her family and grandkids. In her quiet time she found great peace in reading her Bible.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen Williams, Clinton, Mo., and Sherry Stewart, Clinton, Mo.; two granddaughters, Amy Oles (Stanley), Appleton City, Mo., and Kim Edwards (Kevin), Wentzville, Mo.; three grandchildren, Carter Edwards, Madeline Oles and Dallas Oles; two sisters, Nola Ross (Doyle), Amarillo, Texas and Norma Rooks, Maize, Ks.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jeffrey Stewart on June 28, 2022; son-in-law, Mike Williams on June 16, 2015; and several brothers and sisters.
The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of Ellett Memorial Hospital of Appleton City and Heartland Hospice of Butler, MO.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Deepwater Cemetery, Deepwater, Mo. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Ellett Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor (C.A.R.E.), or Heartland Hospice, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
