News from City of Harrisonville

Our snow plow crews were busy overnight, hitting the streets shortly before 2 a.m.

Crews continue to clear the roadways around Harrisonville and will stay at it until the roads are clear.
With warmer temperatures expected today, we anticipate better conditions throughout the day.
If you are out today and see a plow, please slow down and give them plenty of room to do their work safely.

Snow inbound

As of 3:45 pm the radar map shows we are getting closer to seeing snowfall as this storm, fed by gulf moisture and arctic air from the north builds into our region. Forecasters say we're to expect 1 to 3 inches and if you're traveling south, expect much more.
