Friday made 'extra special' at BCMH
Spreading the Love at BCMH- Here are a few sweet Valentine's Day stories that are sure to warm your heart!
Thanks to the students from Butler Elementary PTSO, most if not all of our patients received a very special valentine card!
Volunteer Missy Good offered to share some of these valentines with patients she met during her shift at the information desk this morning. She called us later and said she had so much fun handing them out. She told us, "They didn't even open them before saying it brightened their day!"
Lena Tialino from Human Resources was gifted a rose from a thoughtful patient who had lost several important women in his life. He brought in a large quantity of roses to share with many of our healthcare workers, wanting to give back for the care he'd received at BCMH.
Our employees kicked off their morning with some sweet treats from Koehn's Bakery. Nothing says “we appreciate you” like donuts!
And not pictured, but just as heartwarming, one of our rad techs picked up a bunch of chocolates from our gift shop and shared them randomly with employees and patients. Talk about spreading joy!
