The right tool for the right job

REACHING TO NEW HEIGHTS This crane, capable of stretching upwards of 525 feet was called in to help replace antenna bays on the AT&T cell tower just south of Butler today. A foreman on site said that despite bumping the guy wires a couple of times due to wind, work should be complete and the tower back in service in short order.

He added that this particular crane works well in many situations as it is capable of lifting an astounding 38,000 pounds, making light work of the 4,000 lb antenna arrays as seen here.
