Notice from the city of Archie

 City Residents and Business Owners:

The construction of the new water main on Jefferson Street at Pine Street has begun. The line we are currently replacing will not be able to be isolated. If in the process of replacing this line, it is damaged, we will be forced to do a whole town shut down to repair. If a shut down is required, it should be a minimal time frame to repair. If all goes as planned, no shut down should be required until the tie in is ready to be completed, which will be announced at a later date.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the infrastructure of the City.
