To whoever took the 4th of July banners from downtown Rich Hill:You may think it's funny, you may think you're cute, you may think you're sticking it to the 4th of July committee or the City of Rich Hill, but you should probably have thought about the price of banners that size before you decided to steal them off the fence.
There has been a police report written, they will be found, and I have every intention of pressing charges to the fullest extent, because it is GRAND THEFT!
