Mr. Jester was arrested for 1.) Class A Felony - Forcible Sodomy 2.) Class B Felony - Attempted Forcible Rape 3.) Class D Felony - 1st Degree Sexual Abuse.
A investigation into Mr. Jester started in August of 2016 with formal charges being filed in Vernon County Court on Friday.
Donald R. Jester is currently being held in the Vernon County Jail and his bond has been set at $100,000 Cash/Surety Bond.
He has been ordered to have no contact with the victims in this case.

A Milo man was booked at the Vernon County Jail on three felony sexual abuse charges.
44-year-old Donald R. Jester, of Milo, was booked Friday of the felony charges, including a class A felony charge of Forcible Sodomy, a class B felony charge of Attempt-forcible rape, and a class D felony charge of first degree sexual abuse. The Focible sodomy charge dates back to June of 1995, while the other two charges tem from an incident in June of 1992. According to Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher, the charges were filed recently after the victim came forward about the sexual abuse, and the investigation into the allegations was started in August. Formal charges were field by Vernon County prosecuting attorney Brandi McInroy on Friday, with the warrant issued and executed by the Vernon County Sheriff's office the same day.
Jester is currently being held at the county jail on a $100,000 bond, the warrant also mandates Jester have no contact with the victim.
