Kansas City man arrested after stealing from Henry County grocery store

On Saturday, November 26, 2016 Cpl. Sullivan was parked on Main Street in Windsor when he observed two male subjects approach the front door of Dave's County Mart grocery store in Windsor. 

One of the subjects through an object, which was later identified as a car jack, through the front door breaking the glass. The subjects entered the store and began stealing cartons of cigarettes.


Deputy Sullivan was able to take one of the subjects into custody. Arrested was Eric McMillan, age 27, of Kansas City on a 24 hour hold for burglary 2nd, property damage 1st, stealing 1st, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of paraphernalia, and a felony Wyandotte County warrant for probation violation on burglary.


The other suspect, who has been identified, fled from the scene and remains at large.
