Former Butler man shot in Blairstown Missouri

On Sunday, November 27, 2016 just after 11:00 p.m. Cpl. Sullivan and Deputy Hodges responded to the 300 block of North Wall Street in Blairstown in regards to a subject that had been shot.

Deputies identified the victim as Roy A. Love, age 21 of Eldorado Springs, Missouri (Formerly of Butler, Missouri).

Mr. Love was transported from a residence to a Kansas City area hospital to be treated for his wounds. 

The shooter was identified by the victim but the circumstances of the shooting are still not clear.

The investigation is continuing.
