10/20/2010 - Officers respond to the Wal-Mart parking lot on the report of a vehicle running into a light pole. Officers make contact with the driver and arrest him for driving while intoxicated.

10/21/2010 - Officers take a theft from vehicle report in the 800 block of West Grove.
Officers respond to a domestic in the 900 block of Wix Lane. One make subject is arrested.
Officers work a one vehicle accident at Main and Dakota. While turning South onto Main, the vehicle leaves the road and strikes a building.
Officers make a vehicle stop on the square and the driver is arrested for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10/22/2010 - Officers take a burglary report in the 500 block of West Lee.
Officers make a vehicle stop for expired license plates on West 52. During the stop, officers locate 2 plastic bags containing marijuana . The driver is also charged with driving while suspended.
Officers work a 3 vehicle accident on West 52 and Bishop street.
Butler officers assist Bates County Sheriff's Department with a drug arrest in the Dollar Store parking lot.
Officers respond to the 700 block of North Main on a fight in progress call. Upon arrival, officers located two male subjects. Neither party wishes to pursue charges.
10/23/2010 - Officers respond to the 800 block of West Grove on a domestic. One male subject is arrested.
Officers respond to the 800 block of South Birch on a theft from a residence.
Officers respond to the 300 block of West Fort Scott on a female subject laying next to the road. It is determined that the subject is intoxicated and transported to the Bates County Hospital.
10/24/2010 - Officers make a vehicle stop on South Orange street. It is determined that the driver is intoxicated and arrested for DWI.
Officers work a two vehicle accident and Mill and Orange streets.
