Rockville Community Fire Department receives donation

Don and Betty Morris of Raytown, Mo. recently donated a 1968 Chevrolet fire truck to the Rockville Community Fire Department. The unit was previously owned by the City of Lake Waukomis (just North of Kansas City) prior to it's purchase by the Morris family. The pumper is deemed in good working order, has been added to the lineup of units for the RCFD. Chief James Roberts and the board would like to extend hearty thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Morris and Tom Miller, Morris' long time friend and native of Butler, who helped with the donation.
