Funeral services for Patricia Conley will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Rev. Art Ellsworth officiating. Visitation will be prior to services from 1-2 p.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Kendallwood Hospice.
Patricia Paulette Conley, age 67 of North Kansas City, Missouri died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in Kansas City. She was born October 4, 1943 to Paul and Helen Gerber Leavitt in Clinton, Iowa.
Patricia is survived by two daughters, Paula Dietrich and husband David of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania and Gina Martin of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, Richard Leavitt and wife Helen of Salida, Colorado and Norman Leavitt of Englewood, Colorado; and three grandchildren, Alexander, Kenneth and Aaron Dietrich. She was preceded in death by her parents.
