Raymond Harvey appeared for arraignment yesterday morning in circuit court without counsel. Harvey was arrested Wednesday on two counts of first degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of 2nd degree arson. The arraignment has been rescheduled until this Wednesday to allow Harvey to obtain a lawyer.
