Change of venue hearing for Raymond Harvey set for July 18

Raymond Samuel Harvey is set to appear in the Bates County Circuit Court on July 18th at 1 p.m. The court appearance will be for a change of venue.

Harvey, 38, is charged in connection with the murders of Brandee and Bailey Bickleman of Butler. He also faces arson and armed criminal action charges in the same case.
