Funeral services for Tammy Vail will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2011 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Pastor Fred Bisby officiating. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Monday, prior to services at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, contributions to family.
Tammy Lynn Vail, age 46 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born December 5, 1964 to Kenneth and Thelma Kendrick Silver in Butler.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Curtis Lynn Vail of Butler, Missouri; one son, Curtis Vail II and fiance Ida Jolliff of Butler, Missouri; one daughter, Trista Vail and fiance Vicente Perez of Butler, Missouri; two granddaughters, Macie Rae and Mylynn Grace; one brother, Timothy Silver of Nevada, Missouri; her parents, Kenneth and Thelma Silver of Nevada, Missouri; her in-laws, Herschel and Nancy Vail of Amoret, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Candis Lynn Vail.
