The proposed amendments are in regard to allowing the Zoning Board of Adjustment to consider issuing Conditional Use Permits for Home Occupations in the R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 Residential Zoning Districts. The proposed amendments would be to Chapter 26. Zoning, Article II. Administration and Enforcement, Division 2. Zoning Board of Adjustments; Appeals, Variances, etc. and Article VI. Supplemental Regulations, Division 1. Generally in the City Code.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and be heard. Written statements will also be received before the hearing.
