2012 MISSOURI LIONS ALL-STATE BAND
The 2012 Missouri Lions All-State Band is under the direction of Lion Steve Eubanks, retired Director of Bands at Jefferson City. Assisting him is Lion Tom Higgins, retired Director of Bands for Linn School District, T.J. Higgins, Director of Bands for Linn School District, and Miss Lindsey Spillman of Bolivar, Mo.

This year's band camp was held on base in Ft. Leonard Wood from June 24-June 28. The band gave a farewell concert and was treated to a bar-b-cue by the Fort Leonard Wood Lions. They traveled by buses to St. Joseph and performed a concert. They traveled on to Cameron, MO, and performed a concert for the veterans at The Veteran's Home. From there the band traveled to Rapid City, SD. In South Dakota they got to see many of the sights and a great time was had by everyone. Due to the fire in Colorado the committee made arrangements to visit Omaha, NE. The band was able to enjoy the sights while they were there as well.
