Karen Landers is recognized as
the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month for January, 2013.
Karen has been employed as a Registered Nurse since 1994. She has worked as an
Emergency Room nurse and is currently the RN Supervisor of the Outpatient
Specialty Clinic. Karen maintains a calm presence to our patients and is able
to make them feel at ease about their health care needs. Her kindness and
compassion is shown in the way she communicates to her patients, never making
them feel she is too busy for them. The hospital is very fortunate to have
Karen on its healthcare team.
