Charles S. “Chuck” Politte, 67 of Rich Hill, passed away February 22, 2013 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Chuck was born July 25, 1945 in Fort Scott, Kansas, son of Sterling H. and Betty F. (Best) Politte. In 1984, he was united in marriage to Tammy Beck.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; sons Michael James Politte and Clifford D. Politte, and one granddaughter, Madison Politte, as well as step-father Bernard D. McGee.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Politte of the home; son Corey Politte and wife Katrina of Springfield, Missouri; daughter Hannah Politte of Rich Hill; daughter Jacquelyn Politte of Rich Hill; sister Cynthia Kay Jones and husband Ted of Rich Hill; grandchildren Kyle Politte, Keirston Politte, Caleb Politte, Colby Politte, and Zackary Politte. He also leaves behind his mother-in-law Jeannie Arnold; and sisters-in-law Terry Williams, Tracy Webber, Tisha Costigan and husband Mike, and Tonya Loper. Additional survivors include nieces and nephews Travis, Heather, Brandon, and Brittany Williams; Emily Webber, Derrold and Samantha Costigan, Haylea, Harley and Jessica Loper; great-niece Parker Blakely Webber, and great-nephews Christopher, Brent and Stephanie Magill.
