Butler HS Girls Track Results‏

Last night the Butler Track Team competed in the Archie Whirlwind Invitational track meet.

Overall our girls team finished 2nd out of 13 schools!

This was a very cold and windy meet. I applaud all of the girls who competed and gave it their all. The next track meet is scheduled for Thursday April 18^th  at Adrian.

Here are the top 8 place finishers who earned points for the team.

100m dash: Kayla Morris-1^st place (13.65)

200m dash: Kayla Morris-1^st place (28.61); Makenna Hannah-3^rd place

3200m run: Tabitha Foote- 8^th place

100m hurdles: Kiersten Morris-1^st place (19.04); Ashleigh Floyd-3^rd place

300m hurdles: Kiersten Morris-2^nd place

4x100m relay: 4^th place (Abby Loveall, Courtney Blevins, Makenna Hannah, Tenaya Williams)

4x200m relay: 3^rd place (Abby Loveall, Amy Miller, Makenna Hannah, Tenaya Williams)

4x400m relay: 8^th place (Aarika Gardner, Chelsea Spencer, Abby Loveall, Tenaya Williams)

4x800m relay: 8^th place (Jenay Rosier, Tabitha Foote, Hali Heckadon, Katie Henry)

High Jump: Amy Miller- 4^th place; Aarika Gardner- 5^th place

Long Jump: Kayla Morris- 1^st place (13’8”)

Triple Jump: Amy Miller- 4^th place
