Cold Weather Coming Back ???

A cold front will gradually track through the region tonight. Showers will become more numerous as the day goes on with the activity spreading from west to east. A few thunderstorms are also expected. The rain will be spread out over a 24 hour period with many locations picking up around an inch of rain. Colder air will once again spread into the region on Tuesday with temperatures being cold enough to support some snow across parts of northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. Some areas of northwest Missouri could receive half an inch of snow. Sub-freezing temperatures are expected in many locations Wednesday morning with a hard freeze possible.
