Jennifer “Jenny” Kenton Westfall Burgess, 69 of Belton, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013 at her home.
Jenny was born October 6, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of John K. and Florence “Sally” (Levis) Westfall. She attended Barstow Academy, and was a beautician until the arrival of her children. She belonged to the Junior Womens’ Theatre League along with other organizations. She retired from British Traditions in Grandview, Missouri.
Jenny was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bruce Westfall; and one grandson, Jacob K. Watson.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Burgess; five children: Kelly Anderson and husband Paul; Kent Watson; Tracy Kerr; Ginger Kerr; and Micah Burgess and wife Michelle; 11 grandchildren: Jesse Sharp, Whitney Sharp, Dallas McKibbon, Alexandra McKibbon, Willis Sharp, Geoffrey Watson, Jared Kerr, Josalin Kerr, Madison Burgess, Maylan Burgess, and Brandon T. Anderson; 1 great-granddaughter Jacklynn Watson, and two more on the way.
